Where are you located?

285 Glynn St S, Suite 100, Fayetteville, GA 30214 (inside the L'Amour Chic Salon Suites building). We're right in the heart of South Atlanta, easy to reach from Jonesboro, McDonough, College Park, and everywhere on the south side.

What are your hours?

Monday through Wednesday: 10am to 3pm
Thursday and Friday: 10am to 4pm
Saturday: 10:30am to 2pm
Sunday: closed

Why should I buy from you instead of ordering online?

Three reasons: you can see the actual color before you buy, you walk out with it today instead of waiting days for shipping, and you don't have to drive across Atlanta to get them. The few dollars you might save ordering online disappear the moment you factor in shipping costs, wait time, and the risk of the wrong shade showing up.

Can I see the colors in person before I buy?

Yes, that's the whole point of coming in. Screens lie about color. We carry Tuftex, Sempertex, Kalisan, Decomex, and Elitex, and you can hold every shade up to the light before you commit to a hundred of them.

Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, and it's free. Order online, we'll text or call you when it's ready. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Need an earlier or later pickup time? Just text us at (470) 278-8863 after you order and we'll work it out.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. Within about 30 minutes of Fayetteville, to the north, east, and west, we'll meet you at a public location for a flat $15 fee. That covers Tyrone, Jonesboro, Riverdale, Union City, Fairburn, College Park, Ellenwood, Stockbridge, East Point, McDonough, Newnan, and everywhere in between. Order before 3pm EST for same-day meetup, after 3pm for next-day. Text us at (470) 278-8863 after you order and we'll coordinate.

Do you ship?

Yes, via USPS. Flat-rate shipping starts at $14.95, free shipping on orders over $200. Orders placed by 3pm EST are processed within 24 hours. Helium-inflated balloons are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Products & Services

Do you inflate balloons in-house?

Yes, we have a helium tank and a balloon artist on staff. (The tank itself is not for rent.)

Do you sell individual balloons, birthday balloons, or number balloons?

Yes, in-store. Not everything we carry is listed online, so come browse.

What brands do you carry?

Tuftex, Sempertex, Kalisan, Decomex, and Elitex. Professional-grade latex across the board.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All balloon sales are final. We do not offer refunds. For quality and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on balloons once they leave the store.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We'll make it right with an exchange of equal value within 14 days of purchase. That means same product, different color is fine. Bring the item to the store or contact us at (470) 278-8863. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
