Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free standard shipping available on US orders over $175.
- Expedited shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
- If your package is lost, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns
Returns are accepted 15 days after purchase on unopened, unused items with proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not cover shipping for refunds/returns/exchanges.
A return MUST be initiated before sending items back. A RESTOCKING FEE will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale nor used items are not refundable.
